Private Voice Lesson Policy
ATTENDANCE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Lessons will begin promptly at the start of your appointment time and you forfeit any time missed by arriving late. Repeated unexcused absences or cancellations may require advanced payment for future booking. Lessons missed due to illnesses, emergencies, and or other important conflicts will be rescheduled. 24 hour notice is required unless it is an emergency circumstance. Cancellations with less than 24-hours notice will incur charges at my then usual rates. If I miss one of your lessons for unforeseen circumstances, I will endeavor to contact you as soon as possible. Charges that are more than 30 days past due will incur a late charge of $50 plus 10% per annum interest and may result in your account being sent to collections. Any financial disputes will be subject to the laws of the state of Colorado and any action taken by either party will be governed by Colorado statute.
PRACTICE
It is imperative that you practice consistently in order for vocal progress to occur. I expect you to regularly practice at home in between lessons in order to apply the things we talked about in our lessons.
LESSONS
It is preferable that you know what you’d like to work on ahead of time. Bring your music in either a printed or electronic format. Share any necessary PDFs with me via email at beccaanneseifert@gmail.com before the start of our lessons. If you borrow something from my library please have it copied by the next lesson and return my copy to me. Failure to return my copy within three weeks will result in you being charged for the cost of replacing materials.
PAYMENT
Payment is as follows:
$40 for 30min lessons
$60 for 60min lessons
I accept payment in cash, Zelle, check, or Venmo before the start of our lesson appointment.
